I love teaching students yoga alone and in small groups. Big classes are fun and I love teaching them too but there is something extra special about being able to connect much more with one or a few students in a smaller setting. Private sessions enable me to taylor classes to fit a person’s personal and physical needs. You won’t be getting a cookie cutter vinyasa class, but a specialized class designed just for you based on your preferences and whatever you are working on in your body. I have worked with a wide range of people from athletes, runners and rock climbers, pregnant people, people who just had babies, tech workers, older folks, people who typically feel uncomfortable in yoga classes, and everyone in between.
